Bag is in excellent condition with very minimal wear. All of the beading is intact. Metalwork and chain has heavy patina due to age but all functions perfectly. The metal detailed accents at the rim of the bag have some slight bending, does not affect closure, but there is a slight minimal gap when closed (see photos). Interior silk lining is in excellent condition with no tears, runs or holes, very minimal light discoloration barely noticeable. The closure snaps and functions perfectly. Truly a rare gem and beautiful piece to add to an antique bag collection!
Bag measures approximately 6” x 10.75” with an additional 3” added length from the beaded fringe. Chain handle measures 13” total length.
